Hmmm haven’t done my usual failed attempts at an overambitious workout plan…
Been too busy really.
Had a big job interview on Friday, hoping for a reply today…
Uni application pretty much done too just waiting on a reference.
Time to get back in my good habits though. After having a few days for my stomach muscles to get all nice and repaired up, I just managed 50 roman chair situps in one go, that’s double my usual amount for a set :D
Didn’t have the best form though I think, gonna watch some youtube videos to make sure I’m doing it right.
